Description
Made solely with flour from French grains, grown in France and the UK and milled in the UK to French specifications. The flour is known as T55 (type 55) in France and is not easily comparable to UK flour classification methods, though it is a refined white flour (not organic). The unique and authentic flavour of this bread is mainly present owing to the flour, and partly owing to the traditional French preferment technique that we use. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.
