Pastry Viennoiserie Class
Upgrade your Sunday breakfasts and impress your friends by making flaky, buttery croissants from scratch.
We will show you how to laminate, shape and bake classic croissants, pain au chocolate, pain au raisin, pain au suisse and more!
Learn how to make those famous pastry layers, topped off with a plethora of self-made pastries for lunch.
Don’t worry if you are new to baking, this class is suitable for all with our experienced bakers guiding you through every step of the process.
You’ll leave with an armful of pastries you have made yourself and even more for you to bake at home.
